Terms of Use
Last updated: August 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HelpAllMentalHealth.com (the “Website”), operated by HelpAll Psychiatric Services LLC, doing business as HelpAll Mental Health (“HelpAll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Informational purpose only
Website content is provided for general educational and administrative information. It is not a diagnosis, individualized medical advice, treatment recommendation, or substitute for evaluation by a qualified health professional. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of Website content.
No provider-patient relationship
Using the Website, submitting a contact form, requesting an appointment, leaving a voicemail, or exchanging preliminary administrative communications does not establish a provider-patient relationship with HelpAll or any clinician. A provider-patient relationship begins only after HelpAll accepts you for care and the required intake, identity, eligibility, consent, and clinical processes are completed. HelpAll may decline a request for services when permitted by law.
Emergencies and crisis situations
The Website and its forms are not continuously monitored and must not be used for emergencies or crisis care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988. If you are an established patient, follow the urgent-care instructions provided by your clinician; ordinary Website messages are not a substitute for those instructions.
Appointments and service availability
An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. A time is confirmed only when HelpAll or its authorized scheduling system provides confirmation. Services may be limited by clinician licensure, patient location, age, clinical appropriateness, payer participation, scheduling capacity, technology, and other legal or operational requirements. HelpAll currently serves eligible patients located in Maryland at the time of care, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Website communications
Do not send medical records, detailed health information, medication information, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, or urgent concerns through the public contact form or ordinary email. Use the designated secure patient portal or secure communication method for clinical information when available. Electronic communications can be delayed, misdirected, intercepted, or accessed by others.
Third-party services and links
The Website may link to or integrate third-party services, including nTreatment, Spruce, Doximity, Squarespace, maps, payment services, insurer resources, and professional directories. Third parties control their own content, availability, security, accessibility, privacy, and terms. A link does not imply endorsement, and HelpAll is not responsible for third-party services except as required by law or contract.
Insurance and fees information
Insurance participation and benefit information may change and does not guarantee coverage or payment. You are responsible for confirming benefits, referral or authorization requirements, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, exclusions, and network status with your health plan. Website fee information is general and may not reflect every service or circumstance. A personalized Good Faith Estimate may be available as described on the Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act page.
Permitted use
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with Website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest information through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the Website in a manner that violates law.
Intellectual property
The Website’s original text, branding, logos, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to HelpAll and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is permitted without prior written authorization, except as allowed by law.
Accuracy and availability
We strive to keep Website content useful and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Website feature or content at any time. We do not warrant that the Website will be compatible with every device, browser, or assistive technology, although we work to improve accessibility.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS DISCLAIMS A DUTY OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELPALL AND ITS OWNERS, CLINICIANS, WORKFORCE MEMBERS, CONTRACTORS, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PUBLIC WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, TO RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE HEALTH-PRIVACY LAW, OR TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED WITHIN AN ESTABLISHED PROVIDER-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.
Privacy
Our Website Privacy Policy explains how ordinary Website information is handled. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how PHI may be used and disclosed and describes patient privacy rights. Those documents are incorporated by reference to the extent applicable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls. Any provision found unenforceable will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
